Shipping is always free.

DELIVERY

We ship from Monday to Friday on the day following the receipt of the order. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning. MV srl is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to causes of force majeure beyond our control. Orders for in store items are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed. During the sales or promotion periods shipments may take longer. In all cases MV srl reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur. Delivery times are normally:

- 24h / 48h for Italy except of disadvantaged territories or islands.

- 48 / 72h for Italian disadvantaged territories or islands.

- 2 / 5 working days for Europe.

For all the other destinations at least 7 days. It should be noted that any delays in delivery times are not attributable to MV srl as the shipment is managed by the carrier specified at the time of purchase.

PARCEL TRACKING

When the order is shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking number to verify the progress of the shipment. In the event of delays due to Customs Office, you’ll be contacted by the courier or by one of our employees.

ORDERS DELIVERY

At the moment of the delivery, please inspect carefully the package before signing the delivery confirmation. Our parcels are carefully packed. If the parcel appears damaged, or the adhesive tape not intact, you’re kindly invited to sign the delivery of the parcel with the note “received unchecked”, or to refuse the delivery of the parcel. If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, please report immediately the incident to the carrier and contact MV srl at info@diversabagshop.com. All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with MV srl and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to reasons dependent on the customer (incorrect address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and related Customs expenses will be deducted from the refund.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. All the original labels and security seal must be neither cut nor broken or tampered with. The goods must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, washed, altered or have any signs of use. The goods must be returned with all the original labels, packaging and accessories (Dustbags, etc.). Returns must be sent inside the original box in which the goods arrived at their destination. We control the quality of the goods before sending, however the customer receives defective goods, or the shipment mistake was caused by MV srl, please follow the same instructions as above. MV srl does not accept not authorized returns o parcels sent with courier different from the one indicated in the e-mail with return instructions. For all the aspects not specifically expressed are valid the directives of the European Law for distance commerce.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request authorization for the return, it is necessary to access to your personal area on the site, click the ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS, select the items and quantities to be returned, describe the reason and contact the return of the goods by clicking on the CREATE A RECEIPT OF RMA (RETURN). Once the procedure has been completed, diversabagshop.com will send a confirmation e-mail containing the Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the instructions to be followed to return the goods. The courier for the return of the goods will be indicated in the mail. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in e-mail. The cost of the return is at Customer’s expense and will be deducted from the refund amount.

REFUND

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at our warehouses and goods are verified. The timing may vary depending on the banking system of the credit card used. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.
